Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural plans and designs in line with project objectives
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance in all projects
- Lead a team of architects and supervise their work to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
