Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our projects in Roskilde. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone looking for a flexible work schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing architectural projects, strong leadership skills, and a passion for design.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple architectural projects in Roskilde
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Lead and mentor a team of architects to produce high-quality designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Roskilde
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
