Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning for our company in Roskilde. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. You will work closely with our team of architects and designers to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation meets specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Provide guidance on technical issues and problem-solving as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledgeable about building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1000 per month (Part-time position)
