Senior Architect - Roskilde, Denmark


We are a leading architecture firm in Roskilde seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team part-time. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process and managing projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Available to work part-time with flexible hours

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects including residential, commercial, and public buildings
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance when needed
