Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of excavators to complete construction and excavation projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators of various sizes and types safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or needed repairs
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, and diagrams to determine the scope of work
- Dig trenches, level ground, and move materials as directed by the site supervisor
- Ensure proper placement and use of equipment to avoid damage to property or underground utilities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for excavators
- Ability to read plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to excavation work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation or related field
- Experience operating multiple types of excavators
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Danish

Working Conditions:
