Truck Driver Supervisor


The Truck Driver Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of truck drivers in Roskilde, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our company's fleet. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month, including accommodation. We welcome candidates of any nationality, as long as they possess a valid visa for working in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of truck drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assign and schedule routes for drivers to maximize efficiency and meet customer demands
- Monitor driver performance and provide coaching or training when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of driver hours, deliveries, and maintenance schedules
- Conduct regular safety inspections on trucks and ensure all necessary repairs are completed promptly
- Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns related to deliveries
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a truck driver, preferably in a supervisory role
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and clean driving record
- Knowledge of truck maintenance procedures and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
