Personal Trainer - Roskilde, Denmark


We are a leading fitness center in Roskilde, seeking a highly motivated and qualified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through personalized workout plans and nutrition guidance. You will also conduct fitness assessments and provide ongoing support to ensure clients stay motivated and on track.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments for new clients to determine their current fitness level and set realistic goals
- Design personalized workout plans based on clients' goals, abilities, and any physical limitations
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper form and technique during workouts
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Offer nutritional advice and create meal plans to complement clients' fitness routines
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness goals
- Educate clients on the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle beyond the gym setting

Requirements:
- Certification from a nationally recognized personal training organization (e.g. ACE, NASM)
- Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer (1+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Ability to adapt training techniques for individuals with different fitness levels or special needs
- Passion for health and fitness with a commitment to continuously learning about new trends and techniques

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Roskilde, Denmark. Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to this area.
