Executive Chef
Our upscale restaurant in Roskilde is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality, innovative menus while maintaining a strong focus on seasonal and local ingredients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and techniques
- Ability to create and cost out menus
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute innovative menus that meet the expectations of our guests
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and storage
- Train and develop kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$, without accommodation. Free visa and ticket will be provided for qualified candidates. This position is open to graduates with relevant experience.
