We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Contract Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, creative dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes that showcase local ingredients and reflect current food trends
- Manage and train kitchen staff on food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards
- Oversee ordering and inventory management to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent quality and presentation of dishes
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or catering services
- Monitor performance against budgeted food costs and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and other departments
- Knowledge of food cost control methods and inventory management
- Degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract position with no accommodation provided. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed.

Experience:
We are looking for an Executive Chef with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
