Restaurant Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Roskilde, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing a restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including budgeting, staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high quality of service and adherence to company standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant's operations while achieving financial targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Familiarity with restaurant software systems is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This position is located in Roskilde, Denmark. However, candidates from other nationalities who are legally authorized to work in Denmark are also encouraged to apply.
