Temporary Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Roskilde. As the Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining inventory and supplies, and overseeing daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Train and manage restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory and supplies
- Oversee daily operations such as ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and managing finances
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Handle customer complaints or concerns
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work well under pressure
