Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and manage staff members to ensure quality service is provided at all times
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive dining experience
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food is being served
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a biometric passport (preference for EU or Scandinavian nationality)
Salary: 1700$ per month (with accommodation provided)
