Experienced Barista in Roskilde, Denmark


We are searching for an experienced Barista to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies. Your role will also include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Barista
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have legal authorization to work in Denmark without employer sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent education

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare hot and cold beverages per customer requests using proper techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of the café including equipment, counters, tables, and floors
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Suggest menu items based on customer preferences
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Restock supplies as needed

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the café but typically include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. Accommodation is not provided for this position.
