Warehouse Worker

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Roskilde. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse. Your main duties will include loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, operating forklifts and other machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse setting and be familiar with inventory management systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate records using inventory management software
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts or other machinery
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping
- Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics or warehousing preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a warehouse worker or similar role
- Familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
