Contract Construction Manager in Roskilde, Denmark



We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from planning and budgeting to scheduling and on-site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, including managing labor, materials, and equipment
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review project plans and make recommendations for cost-saving measures or improvements
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Roskilde is preferred
