Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Roskilde. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and proven experience in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Hire and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects including progress updates, material selection, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Identify potential risks or delays and develop contingency plans
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide progress updates
- Manage project budget to ensure costs are kept within approved limits
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Roskilde (visa sponsorship available)
