Job Title: Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Roskilde on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and other daily tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative position. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Managing correspondence by email, mail, or fax
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Making travel arrangements for staff members
- Performing data entry tasks
- Ordering office supplies when needed
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1500 per month
