Part-Time Office Assistant in Roskilde, Denmark
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Roskilde. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and maintaining a smooth workflow. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and issuing invoices
- Assist with organizing meetings, taking minutes, and preparing documents
- Keep track of employee attendance records and vacation requests
- Ensure the office is clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Biometric passport required for security purposes
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
