Office Assistant - Roskilde, Denmark
In this role as an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our Roskilde office. You will assist with various tasks such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, organizing files, and providing general assistance to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing schedules and coordinating appointments for team members
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
