Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies for all retail stores in Roskilde
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing displays and promotional materials
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times
- Work closely with store managers to understand sales trends and adjust merchandising accordingly
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual standards and provide feedback as needed
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide support as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products to incorporate into displays
- Analyze sales data to improve merchandising strategies and increase sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment is required
- Strong visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- A passion for fashion trends, design, and retail industry developments
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible for work visa sponsorship in Denmark
