Sales Manager
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve company targets and objectives. You will work closely with upper management to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as monitor market trends and competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs
- Ability to travel for business purposes if required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
