Sales Manager - Roskilde, Denmark


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations in the region, while also ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role in the relevant industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools for managing sales processes will be an advantage

Preferences:
We prefer candidates who have previous experience working in Denmark or other Scandinavian countries. Accommodation can be provided for candidates relocating from outside Roskilde. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
