Sales Manager (Roskilde, Denmark)



As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our sales team in Roskilde, Denmark. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who can lead and motivate our team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Review and analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Train and develop new sales staff
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, contracts, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset
