Entry-Level Carpenter in Roskilde

We are seeking an entry-level carpenter to join our team in Roskilde. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the carpentry field.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or drawings
- Follow safety procedures when operating tools and equipment
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Cut, shape, and smooth lumber according to specifications
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Assist with maintaining inventory of materials and supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new skills from experienced carpenters

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Roskilde (accommodation not provided)
Visa/Work permit: Free visa sponsorship with initial ticket provided by the company.
