We are in need of a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students in various subjects. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for teaching and a strong knowledge base in their subject area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance
- Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to engage students and promote active learning
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to develop effective teaching strategies and resources
- Stay up-to-date with current educational trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience as a Tutor or Teacher
- Strong knowledge in at least one subject area (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in working with diverse students
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
