Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening duties such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
- Maintain gardens and outdoor areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment
- Monitor plant health and make recommendations for improvements or replacements
- Assist in the design and implementation of new garden projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but a passion for gardening is essential
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
