We are in search of a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Baker, your main responsibility will be to prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes. This is a full-time position that requires previous baking experience and a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs by measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Roll, cut, and shape dough into desired forms for baking
- Bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other goods in ovens
- Decorate baked goods with icings, toppings or glazes
- Ensure quality of products by monitoring oven temperatures and adjusting baking times
- Maintain clean work area by sanitizing equipment and utensils after use

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of traditional baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Familiarity with all professional baking equipment including ovens, mixers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Biometric passport for international travel if needed
