We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being served or sold
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and menu items

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good physical stamina, able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus
