Our company is a leading property management firm in Roskilde, Denmark and we are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties in our portfolio. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Conduct inspections and identify any potential issues
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of common areas
- Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and contractors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Proficient in various repair tasks including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with tenants in a professional manner
- Must be able to provide your own tools and transportation
- Valid work permit or residency in Denmark
