Part-Time Handyman in Roskilde, Denmark


We are a busy property management company in Roskilde and we are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks on our rental properties and ensuring they are in good condition for our tenants.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, and fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues
- Inspect rental properties for any damages or necessary repairs
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, including stoves, refrigerators, and washing machines
- Install new fixtures and hardware as needed
- Keep track of supplies and equipment inventory and communicate any needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Handyman or similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants, colleagues, and suppliers effectively
- Must have own transportation
- Biometric passport required
- Salary: 1700$ per month
