We are a property management company based in Roskilde, seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and general repairs. You will need to have a good understanding of basic construction and repair techniques and be able to work independently.

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required for this position.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Must have your own basic tools.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, etc.
- Conduct repairs on various parts of the property such as walls, floors, doors, etc.
- Assist with any renovations or remodeling projects.
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
