We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in Roskilde. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks in commercial and residential buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repairing or replacing broken fixtures, appliances, and furniture
- Installing new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience with biometric passport is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
