Job Title: Handyman - Part Time

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Your main duties will include painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs as needed. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment or facilities.
- Prioritize and complete tasks based on level of urgency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate any potential safety hazards or concerns to management.
- Keep detailed records of all completed tasks and materials used.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or handyman work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Must have own tools and transportation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Roskilde.
