Office Administrator in Roskilde, Denmark
We are searching for a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and organizing meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing documents
- Organize meetings and take meeting minutes
- Support other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
