Hotel Sales Manager
A well-established hotel in Roskilde is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and secure new business through proactive sales efforts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with the hotel's services
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is an asset
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus commission based on performance.
Location:
This position is based in Roskilde, Denmark. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one.
