Hotel Sales Manager
Our hotel in Roskilde is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and travel agents, as well as conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profitability
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and local events to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Familiarity with local market trends and competition in Roskilde preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1600 per month
