Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Roskilde. They will develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in hotel sales. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month and includes a free visa and ticket for candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business to the hotel
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales efforts
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market conditions
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Knowledge of the local market is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting is preferred but not required
