Hotel Sales Manager (Roskilde, Denmark)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue by targeting both leisure and corporate markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract guests and increase bookings
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, events, and reservations to ensure a cohesive approach towards sales
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Analyze data on customer profiles, booking patterns, and revenue performance to inform future sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry and current market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Salary: $1600 per month (40 hours per week)
