Job Title: Temporary Concierge in Roskilde, Denmark

As a temporary concierge in Roskilde, Denmark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of a luxury accommodation. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs. You will assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries and requests, and provide recommendations for local attractions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents with a warm welcome upon arrival
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Fulfill guest requests such as making reservations or arranging transportation
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of the local area including tourist attractions, restaurants, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
