Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests at our luxury hotel in Roskilde. You will be responsible for assisting the Concierge in fulfilling guest requests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. We welcome candidates without experience and encourage women to apply.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting the Concierge in making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants
- Handling guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Proactively anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction
- Assisting with luggage handling when needed
- Providing excellent communication between guests and other hotel departments
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Roskilde is preferred
