Information Technology Manager

As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations and infrastructure of our company. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology systems are running smoothly and efficiently to support our business goals. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, based in Randers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the information technology field
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various IT systems and software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, system reliability, and employee productivity
- Manage the IT team by providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and propose solutions for improving efficiency or performance
- Monitor system performance to anticipate potential issues or downtime and implement solutions proactively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and relevant regulations to ensure compliance
with best practices
- Prepare budget proposals for technology upgrades or new projects
- Provide regular reports on IT operations to upper management
