Computer Support Specialist


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Randers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our company's computer systems and users. Your main duties will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Computer Support Specialist or in a similar IT support position. You should also have strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems, as well as experience with network administration. Previous experience with customer service and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

As a Computer Support Specialist, you will also be responsible for managing user accounts and permissions, conducting regular system updates and backups, as well as providing training to new users on computer systems. Experience with remote desktop tools and familiarity with virtualization technologies is desired.
