Computer Support Specialist



As a Computer Support Specialist in Randers, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This part-time position requires a high level of knowledge and experience in computer hardware, software, and networks. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about technology and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Perform system updates and upgrades
- Backup and restore data as needed
- Train users on new technologies or systems
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
- A degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred

Salary:
