IT Support Specialist


Our growing company is in need of a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Randers. As a computer support specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. Your role will also involve providing technical support to users, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and working efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Provide technical support to users by phone, email or in person
- Set up user accounts and profiles
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software licenses and upgrades
- Keep abreast of latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, networking, backup systems and security protocols
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: Randers (No accommodation provided)
Contract job (Own visa required)
