IT Support Specialist

We are searching for a skilled and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Randers. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and maintain computer systems and networks
- Identify and resolve network connectivity issues
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Test new technology solutions before implementation
- Train clients on new technology or software
- Document technical processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Experience with remote desktop applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
