Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Randers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time hours in the future. Accommodation and visa sponsorship may also be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain computer networks, including performing updates and backups
- Create documentation for commonly encountered technical issues
- Train non-technical users on basic computer skills

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- A degree or certification in a related field is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Randers.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Full-time hours may be available in the future.
