Junior Data Analyst


Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Randers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for uncovering insights and trends. This role offers the opportunity to work with large datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Perform data analysis using statistical methods and create visualizations to present findings
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for ongoing monitoring of key metrics
- Continuously improve data quality by identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with cloud-based databases such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
