As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals in the city of Randers. Your main role will be to ensure that all team members are working towards the same goal and achieving the desired results. You will also be responsible for setting clear objectives and expectations for the team, providing guidance and support to team members, and monitoring their performance. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between the team and upper management, providing regular updates on the team's progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
