Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Randers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on time, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
- Develop project plans and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Manage project team members and delegate tasks accordingly
- Report on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project or Asana
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
