Junior Data Mining Analyst



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Data Mining Analyst in Randers, Denmark. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify patterns and trends that will help drive business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data mining tools and techniques, and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile data from various sources using data mining techniques
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Develop statistical models to predict outcomes based on collected data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights based on data analysis
- Create visualizations of data using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data mining or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation
- Experience with data mining tools such as RapidMiner or KNIME
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear way
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
- Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, Oracle)

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Randers, Denmark
